My friend and me both had one server it took us 3 years to increase it and make active community of 18k+ members and it still growing

But suddenly one guy joined server and started to spam csam,

moderator suddenly mute him and my friend banned him.

Then after some hour he suddenly his account got suspended for child safety and all admins too including mine.

Now server is ok and working and we manage to take some perms like ban/kick/mute/manage server by the help of bot

But still loss ownership

We made appeal and even made ticket for os transferred appeal still no reply yet

It really feel bad when we build a community which took us 3 year which have all real members and even when my friend said our issue to discord main server, staff just said start from 0 Wtf start from 0 even we did nothing wrong still loss os and accounts the community which took us 3 year to build u expect to start from 0

Is there anyway to get server ownership to another account?

me kinda new to iem and its my first time buying me really confuse which one should i buy?,
