I've been told that I should consider buying a 16oz pair for sparring and a smaller one for bagwork but that seems kinda expensive. Won't 14oz be alright to cover all bases or will they be too small and risky to spar with?

These past few months I’ve been noticing a lot of pros favoring the stinger over the sheriff in eco rounds. That’s pretty confusing to me since I’ve always considered the stinger a troll gun but now I’m wondering if it’s actually worth picking up in eco rounds. What do yall think.
