Beginner looking for advice

Interested in entering the feild
Hello everyone, i came here to ask about what its like to work in the film industry. I am currently deciding between studying animation and studying creative media production. Animation seems to require a lot more complex maths and physics which i dont mind but isnt what im looking for. So currently i am leaning towards film. But i was mostly wondering, to the people with qualifications such as creative media production bachelor what opportunities did it open up for you and did you get to be creative in your work? I know its called creative media for a reason but im a little anxious that i wont get to use my strong sense of creativity in my career if i chose this. I am not asking you to solve my issue here, just wanted the perspective of someone more experienced. Thank you
