So, I have been on Mounjaro for 7 months now and I have lost 20 kilos in 6 months. It was all good until my body went into a shock due to this and started shedding my hair since a month now; I used to have thick hair.

I have been on a good high protein and high fibre diet and have been walking and exercising regularly. I take multivitamin, too, along with Biotin.

The hair loss was so bad that I had to get a buzz cut because the hairless patches looked so ugly.

Has anyone experienced this and what solutions have worked for you, apart from the usual high protein intake, slowing down the weight loss, etc., ?

I know this is reversible but it's kinda making me very conscious about my hair all the time.
