Weight Loss Stalled on Week #13

I’m on week 13 of Ozempic, started 1mg on week 8.
I’ve been stalled right around the same weight for the past 2 weeks…
What are y’all’s tips and tricks to get the weight loss going again.
My start weight was 244 and I’m currently stuck at 224 🫩
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I try to keep up with my water intake, I’ve significantly cut down my portion sizes while keeping in mind my protein intake. I don’t have sugary drinks except for my Friday morning almond milk latte (I limit my coffee intake the rest of the week) I stopped drinking alcohol when I started this journey but continue to smoke weed, could that be the issue? I’ll still get the munchies but I usually just have a lollipop or chew on gum because I know I’ll get physically sick if I overeat.

Bar for World Cup Viewing

Any recommendations on where to watch the Mexico v. S. Korea game this Thursday?
Bonus points if I can drink a Paloma there ✨

Is nausea normal on week 3?

Hey y’all as the title reads, is nausea/throwing up on week 3 (.25ml) normal?
I had the 3rd injection on Monday morning.

Based on all I’ve read this symptom doesn’t occur till much later, but last night (Wed) I felt nauseous all night and eventually threw up at 5am, it was the worst vomiting experience ever, I felt like at some point I was fighting for my life and expelling my demons.
For reference I didn’t eat anything crazy/abnormal, breakfast was eggs with veggies, dinner was a chicken leg, quinoa and mole, I had a wicked headache start before dinner, I made sure to drink plenty of water including a liquid IV. However I did have half a small pastry bread (pan dulce) around 9pm, it helped diminish the headache but then the nausea started…

Today I’ve only had a piece of toast and mineral water and my tummy feels a bit uncomfy, I’m scared to eat anything at this point, plus my esophagus is freaking sore….
I’m trying to figure out if I just ate something funky or if I can expect to feel like this more often 😮‍💨

Day 2

Hello all, I have joined the journey and excited to have started but terrified at the same time. My doctor agreed that Ozempic was a great fit for me and kinda went into all the side effects but now I feel like I need more information. I’m planning on meeting with a health coach to talk more about what I should be eating (& how much) and what fitness should look like.
My question:
What are some of the initial side effects you noticed? Not like side effects 4 months in, but things I should watch out for during the first couple of weeks?
What do yalls meal plans look like? I work in an office and typically eat oatmeal with fruits for breakfast and some sort of protein focused lunch, but now I’m worried this might be too much?
How much do you work out? I recognize I’ve been sedentary the past 2 years, so I’m thinking of starting with light strength training 3x a week and multiple daily walks that should add up to at least 3miles
I’m 31F, 5’6”, 244lbs as of Monday and started on .25ml on Monday.

Also what’s something you wish you had known when first getting started?
