Hello EP3 community! Hopefully someone here can help me out.

I’ve been trying to reset my SRS light, but I keep getting the same error and haven’t been able to find a clear answer online. From what I’ve read, the code “indicates an open circuit or high resistance in the driver’s airbag inflator.”

I recently installed a new steering wheel and used the provided 2-ohm resistor kit. I followed the SRS reset procedure, but the light came back with the same error.

I also replaced the clock spring because my horn wasn’t working, and I thought that might be related. The new clock spring fixed the horn, but unfortunately, the SRS issue is still exactly the same.

Has anyone run into this issue before or know what else I should check? Any help would be appreciated!

Hopefully you all can help me out here. Today I was replacing the emergency switch light with a LED (near the shifter). A couple of small sparks happened and of course the light didn't work. I tried another LED and nothing happened. Went back to the old light and tested it out, and works fine. Started the car up and now I have the charge light on. I checked all fuses under the dash and engine bay. Everything is solid nothing has popped. Any ideas what it could be? Also, I unplugged the battery and the ECU and that still didn't turn the light off.

I purchased this EP3 shell with interior and other goodies (JDM bumpers etc) from a good friend in 2023. Since then I have been collecting pieces that were needed. Originally I purchased a JDM K24 from an Odyssey. A few weeks later I found a great deal on a JDM EP3 Type R K20A with LSD transmission and ECU, purchased that and sold the K24. I've done most of the work on the car and has been a tremendous learning experience. Homies have helped along the way as well. I have never attempted to do anything like this before. One thing for sure that tested me was extending the JDM wiring harness as I was trying to save money there. I did it proper with soldering, I have experience from my FPV drones. I wrapped the car in Nardo grey and will get it painted before the year is over back to the og color of tafetta white🤍. I will never wrap another car 🤣. I work full time, also a full time student and dad. It feels like it's taken a long time to get here. Hope you all enjoy my progress. Most of it came together from January of this year up till now. The EK is my homies car and I purchased the EP from him. The Ek also has the previous motor (TSX K24a2) from the EP3. I have no idea when the original K20a3 was removed. **Also the front lip was meant to be wrapped but I ran out of it 😂

Looking to see what speakers you all are using. The previous owner of my EP3 took the speaker covers off and put some speakers that didn't fit with the covers on. I'm looking for something that I can use with the speaker covers. Let me know what you guys are using for the front speakers too. I appreciate the community's help🤘🏻 thanks 🙏🏻
