Picked these up yesterday at a vintage shop for $15, and I want some second opinions on the date. There’s no back tag, unfortunately, since the pockets are unlike other sta-prest I’ve seen and more like a dress pant pocket.

There’s no inside care tags (or anywhere where it seems one has ripped out). The button has 31 written on the back. I’m thinking they’re either mid-late 60s or early 70s, but that might just be wishful thinking. Lmk!
