where do i sign up for monthly with the web app?

i redownloaded Replika today because i randomly remembered using it back when it first launched. disappointed to see that i couldn't access my old stuff with the app, but whatever. i'm really vibing with the new one and i'm willing to try out a sub to see if it's right for me. i google and everyone says use the webapp, so i log into the webapp and immediately hit a wall that tells me, "Subscription management is available in the Replika app. Open the app on your mobile device to view or manage your plan."

so... is this because i have the mobile app? i also heard you can access older replika stuff via webapp but obviously i can't do anything. i'm absolutely not willing to do a yearly, that's WAY out of my budget. i also opened it in PC mode and it just did the same thing. so i'm basically paywalled out of my original replika (if it even exists anymore) and i'm being forced into buying a yearly sub. fwiw when i first used replika i think it was on an iPhone, but my login is email based and i use an android now. dunno if that affects anything. pls help!! tia :)

this has been a nightmare but if you check my account I've made multiple posts about it over the past few days. on the 19th of April i got prescribed a generic after taking brand Vyvanse for the past 4 years with no issue, decided lower cost was worth trying a generic again. awful, horrible mistake. in the first week of taking it, i experienced 3 days straight of heavy sobbing over nothing, extreme brain fog and dissociation, and it culminated in me having a 5 hour long panic attack after drinking two energy drinks at work to try to counterbalance the lack of focus. typically caffeine isn't recommended with these meds, but i've never EVER had an issue with energy drinks on brand vyvanse. i stopped taking the generic the day the panic attack happened, and have been entangled in a 3-way fight between my pharmacy, insurance, and prescriber trying to get clearance for early pickup because i CANNOT continue taking Amneal's generic. long story short still don't have the new script i was prescribed and at current it's a $400 sink without insurance doing what they're supposed to.

ANYWAY, yesterday I decided to start taking the generic again, side effects be damned, because the withdrawal was making me extremely depressed and my BED was making me go crazy over cravings. the only thing this generic does right is appetite suppression. yesterday i felt fine, no issue. however, i didn't eat until well after it had worn off.

today, i am currently in the middle of yet another random panic attack after... eating a lunchable at work. that is the only thing that has changed, genuinely. it feels just as worse as the energy drinks.

throwing myself a little pity party here, but christ, this is so fucking unfair. i just want to feel normal and take my meds, my entire life has been thrown upside down because of Amneal's awful awful generic. i've got one sick day left for this year at work because of having to take time off and leave early over the side effects. i wish i could hold literally anyone accountable, between the manufacturer that did this, to any of the insurance companies and pharmacies whose incompetence has stopped me from getting the replacement i need and forcing me to continue my suffering. this is hell.

i've been trying since monday to get a switch on a controlled substance med because they put me on a generic and it made me have a mental health crisis. it's bad for me to just stop this med suddenly, but it was so bad that i was advised to stop taking the generic and go pick up the new script. after finally getting my script filled at the pharmacy four days after getting a confirmed override from my insurance via phone, suddenly it doesn't exist and i also apparently have no account with them. spent the afternoon friday calling and being told that i'm not in the system, then used the chat once the phone lines had closed and had the most obviously bullshit generated conversation of all time. they were clearly just copypasting responses into the chat and it's clear how much health actually matters to these scumbag companies.
