Earbuds / personal speaker policy?

I'm just curious, what is your stores policy on allowing earbuds or small personal speakers? The reason I ask is that I've encountered associates who annoyingly have a personal speaker clipped to them, forcing everyone around to listen to their own music. Just why.

Wtf is this? (Knockoff mystery driver)

On ebay this is listed as an m12 1/4" fuel impact driver, but the body looks like a weird hybrid between the driver and the stubby. If you buy this, what do you even get? Other than a terrible battery
