Been sitting all day and had a 30 min break before my next meeting

Broke out the bootay shorts and heels. Now I can get through the rest of my work day!

What is this split called, and if it's not yet named, can I name it 🤣

I know it is very similar to hangglider split or even allegasus, but neither has one hand off the pole. Any guesses?

SOLVED: This is a jade split variation!!!

I am getting even closer to this highly sought after (to me) dragon tail shape graaaaah

It's crazy, so many ppl have told me, just turn your body to the pole, and yes that makes sense when I am not upside down. But I realized that *my* cue that works best for me is "look down at the pole base

Airwalks in my brand new heels 💖

I hadn't bought any heels in 5 freaking years, and these are soooo pretty! I love how my mood just changes when I dance with 8 inches on, even something as simple as an airwalk can be sooo cute.

Yall know I have been working on this cute poisson to brass sequence, but I just learned to use this as a shoulder dismount learning opportunity

I have never been able to do a shoulder mount because the pain has been a huge barrier to entry, but I figure maybe I can condition it through dismounting!

Healed enough for a pole-assisted handstand!

Earlier this year, I woke up with a shoulder injury (the beauty of being 30+, I guess). Literally, just woke up, and my shoulder was injured, lost 80% of my ROM, and only just a few days ago did I feel like I could exert any force at all at maximum ROM. Yesterday, I was brave enough to attempt a handstand, and I did it without feeling any pain!

(Volume warning) An improvement on the reverse poisson to brass monkey transition

(And a near death experience)

(Volume warning) Broke my 2026 challenge but I am still training hard!

Ugggh work and severe illness got in the way, but I still managed to learn cool transitions since I last posted.

At one point I got so sick, my fever spiked to 105.4F!

I have been working on this transition from reverse poisson to brass shape. Pls dont nobody come for my toes. This was my first time getting into this shape 😭😭
