in july 2024 my bf of 9 months broke up with me. i wanted to get back together but he wanted nothing to do with me. in december of 2024 i discovered manifestation and constantly affirmed on the daily. for months didn't really see any results until july 2025. he broke no contact and reached out to me. this happened every month from july to december 2025. however over time the texts went from a couple times a week to once a month. Since 2026 started i haven't heard from him. i haven't done any affirmations in months because I started to loose faith in it. i never hear from him and even when i did his responses were very cold and dry. what should i do? does anyone have any advice or methods i should try ??

we broke up almost 2 years ago and im still not over him. we were together for about 9 months and broke up july 2024. i think about him him everyday and im always sad. how do i get over it.
