Honestly, Ben’s video was by far one of the best videos I have seen in the last few years. Beats all the Netflix documentaries so far. It would make a great Netflix documentary one day. It will also probably make BAM sweat. Think we should write to Netflix to secure the rights to the story?

I think healthy criticism and questions are good, but it is getting harder to tell whether or not a post is part of BAM’s attempt to pin the blame or divert attention to Chrystal. I dont think she is perfect, but I doubt anyone who owns a business is up to date on their book keeping. I dont think she expected to be kicked out so fast.

I could be wrong. It’s hard to read her. Seems nice. I have questions. But it just saddens me that BAM might be further victimising Chrystal. They already took her store illegally. Now they are trying to pin everything that happened on her.

Update: I’m catching up on videos. Sounds like she admitted she has ADHD. Can explain why she is so sloppy and took so long to return the sets. Mind you, I’m not sure if I would forget I had a 10 k set in my house and take 1-2 months to return it. Still waiting for her to explain this if she hasn’t already.

I read that they offered to give Bryan the legos back and that got me wondering if this is a trap. If Bryan gets his legos back from BAM, what happens to the go fund me money? Can Ben still use it for the lawsuit because he will still get sued? They will probably have Bryan sign an NDA. Does that affect what he can say in a court case in the future. Ben also cant buy the legos from Bryan and go after BAM himself. Does it become defamation if he continues to say we steal from old people? I mean if Bryan gets the legos back there is nothing for Ben and Bryan to sue for.

If Bryan declines, then wont that just support BAMs narrative that they tried to reach out but he refused to answer. If Ben buys Bryan legos instead of Bryan getting the legos back from BAM, then the case becomes Ben getting his legos back from BAM. Wont that hurt Ben’s case. BAM could just be like we tried to give it back but he refused and took the gofundme money instead. We did nothing wrong.

Just wondering how people think this will end. It’s true that people have short attention spam. People might not be talking about this in a month. Ben only has so much content to keep the hype going. The lawsuit can drag out for a long time? BAM will probably lose some business from lego fans, but I’m not sure it is enough to affect them much.

I’m secretly hoping Netflix will pick up the story. The videos were some of the best I’ve seen in a while.
