The fact that people have to resort to Reddit and discuss with other people with similar situations about what is going on shows how unprofessional and unorganized this management is. I had 0 transparency with why I was taken off the platform for the some merger and my pay is always inconsistent with the hours I worked. These useless admins then take me off the slack which was already a ambiguous slow form of communication. They need to be way more transparent with everything that is going on and provide a easy streamline form of communication. Hell they should hire me to run the whole thing so that i can do a better job than these incompetent moderators and maybe they'll pay me more than their shitty 17/hr salary. Anyone else want to create a group chat where we can talk about this with more flavorful language?
