Frothed milk sprinkled with ground cardamom and a tiny dash of wild flower honey. Shout out to Swing’s Coffee Roasters for their MESCO blend. I’ve converted die hard dark roast lovers to this one because it’s so complex and smooth at the same time. Cheers!

Full disclosure, I oscillate between moka pot and French press depending on mood. I can’t pick, so choose both.

I came up with a quick way to keep my toothbrush away from surface bacteria. Just a suction cup and a zip tie to hang it on the mirror. It’s a low-cost "hardware" improvement for your morning routine. Hope this helps someone else keep their space a little cleaner!
