I was on the max dosage, 120 mg a day (60 mg in the morning and night) since January and I have successfully tapered down to 0, as of May 15th, 2026.

No one warned me about these horrible withdrawal symptoms. I’m having extreme vertigo. It’s like my ear canals are vibrating and bouncing off each other. My head is also spinning every 5 minutes, for 5 seconds. And I have occasional nausea, but my appetite is unaffected. I’ve been eating decent, thank God.

Anyone else deal with these withdrawal symptoms too?

Hello I’m 24 (F) and I started getting really bad waves of upper abdominal pain starting April 15th

The pain was a burning, gnawing pain that seemed central to my stomach

Soon, the pain turned constant. The pain would flare horribly right after I ate about anything

I went to the ER twice and they took CT scans and ultrasounds at both and told me I had A LOT of stool backed up, and that I should flush it all out. I am currently tapering off a high dose of Cymbalta, which definitely hardened my stools, along with other nerve pain medications, for the past 5 months I’ve been on it

I got an H Pylori stool PCR test done and it came back negative. What now ? My GI NP won’t order an endoscopy for me and recommends I just take omeprazole on an empty stomach every morning for a month.

Feeling pretty lost and defeated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
