Pops that would be okay with being under my rule should be less radicalized by conquest

If I am playing as a communist nation, pops that support communism should be less radicalized by me spreading the revolution. If Im playing as an Italian nation and North Italian has high cultural fervor, taking Lombardy-Venetia from Austria should be less radicalizing.

What makes people think Victoria 2 is still better in the big 2026

I dont get it. Bad patch aside, the way I see it Victoria 3 is better in pretty much every way.

I can see why someone would think it had a better warfare system (even though I disagree), but Ive seen people on Discord say Vicky 2 had better and more complex economy and industry. Wtf are they on about?
