Is it ok to be taking two different brands of POP pills?

So I was in a weird spot with my pills for a while and now I have 3 packs of Opill (the over the counter brand) and 3 packs of Heather. My organization is kind of cluttered at the moment, so whenever it's my pill time, I take a pill from the pack that I can actually find, so sometimes it's Opill and sometimes it's Heather.

Both brands are POP pills as far as I understand, but do the brands have any difference chemically? Would this cause problems with efficacy? I'm trying not to do this as much as possible but I forget sometimes.

Does anyone else have more anxiety when they start T? I went on T about 2 years ago, took it for about a year, then went off it for a year, and I'm starting it again.

Last time I started, my pre-existing hypochondria shot through the roof and I thought I was having a heart attack for some reason and went to the ER for no reason. Now after starting again I keep freaking out about having strokes or aneurysms, or whatever other health condition I have recently heard about.

I've been a hypochondriac for a lot of my young adult life, but I swear it gets so much worse during the first few months where I start T. My guess is that the increased energy that T provides is making my pre-existing anxiety more active. Does anyone else experience anything like this and know some good coping mechanisms?

I'm pretty skinny, mostly due to my poor appetite and I also just have fast metabolism I think. I want to do a cardio routine for my health, but I'm scared of losing weight. I've already been underweight a few times before and it's not something I like. Is there anything I can do to prevent weight loss while keeping up a cardio routine? Eating more is difficult for me as I get full quickly.
