How do you guys deal with dps deadpool?

had a match against him yesterday and i feel like he counters starlord pretty hard,cant really track him when he is on top of you,and cant use starlord mobility to get away

how to get MVP on this character?

for context started playing black cat this half season (yea im a little late to the party) and no matter how well i do I cant seem to get MVP is this because how broken she was last season or is it something else?
