Can anyone tell me if i can buy a xbox series x under 150k to 160k in a good condition here in Pakistan?

Hi so i got a haier tv about 5-6 months ago the day i got and set it up at home and it required me to update it and i did but it said (An error occurred while downloading the selected update. Please check your internet connection and try again.) fast forward to this date its still stuck its updates and tells me to restart the TV and when i do it says error occurred i tried ethernet too but dosent work. What should i do?
