5 months ago I shared my PS1 game collection and got a lot of good recommendations. I was missing some obvious ones like Crash, Crash 2, and Tony Hawk 2, but I rectified that right away! Won't be picking up any more PS1 games for 2026 due to budget constraints but next year I plan to pick up Persona, Tron Bon, Koudelka, and Einhander. My wish list is much longer but will knock those out first.
Added around 270 games to my overall collection (mostly PS3/Xbox 360) in July and wanted to share some of the Genesis games I got. Out of these, I have been playing Alisia Dragoon and Lightening Force the most. Overall, I think all I have left to buy is Golden Axe 2 and Contra Hard Corps and I will be done collecting for the system.
Hi guys! This is my Sega Genesis collection so far, which was never a focus of mine until now. I grew up with a Super Nintendo and none of my friends had a Sega, so I played none of these gems until much older. Starting out, I got the core games like Sonic 1-3, Toe Jam & Earl, and Shinobi III. After that I stopped buying games for the system and focused on NES/SNES/PS1. Recently I got back into it and have been growing my collection rapidly.
I have a mix of CIB and cart only, but I do have a custom case for any of my loose carts as they just look better and are extremely sturdy. Unsure if I want to put in the effort to get them all CIB as that's never really mattered to me as much as just owning the game itself. The Sega CD games were won at a estate sale last year along with Gen 1 Genesis and CD attachment. I never play it but maybe someday.
Please let me know what else you recommend, and right now on my wish list is- Revenge of the Shinobi, Flashback, Musha, Crusader of Centy, Contra Hard Corps, Ranger X, Fatal Fury 1-2, and Lightning Force. I recently ordered Ristar, Comix Zone, and Strider 1-2 so they should be here any day.

Acquired Gunstar Heroes and Rocket Knight Adventures last weekend due to the sheer amount of recommendations I have seen online. Kind of exhausted my game budget for the next couple months but it was worth it!
This is my SNES collection that I have had for a while. Mostly loose carts as I haven't ever been motivated to collect CIB. Like with the rest of my games, I do my best to avoid slop and only get the games I like or have memories with. Overall I have 102 unique games and I think I have everything I ever wanted for this console. What are some recommendations that I should add to my collection?
Off the top of my head if I could get a couple more games they would be- Soul Blazer, Death and Return of Superman, Secret of Mana, Contra III, and Mega Man 7
*sorry for the slight glare, these are all in clear protectors*
The OG PlayStation is one of my favorite consoles of all time and some of my favorite games ever are on the system. I have been collecting only my favorites for the past 10 years, and I have some obvious junk games mixed in here but its mostly due to buying game lots. I currently have 176 unique games and 187 total if you count duplicates (not pictured). I only have a handful left to get and I am done buying for the console.
Games I am looking to add before I call it quits- Crash 1 & 2, Suikoden II, Alundra, Dragon Warrior VII, Ehrgeiz, Galerians, Jumping Flash, Kings Field, Koudelka, and Tron Bonne. I am sure there is more but off the top of my head I would be happy with that. I am also looking to swap my Greatest Hits copies for Black Labels.
What are some must haves I should add to my collection?
*Sorry for the reflections and angled photos. All of these are in protectors and are highly reflective.
Recently acquired all three of these after years of being jealous of those who have them. Both Lunar games I bought from a friend, and Arc I bought online. I already owned the Lunar games but I think these are just too cool to skip out on as a collector/fan.
This year I am focusing on getting PS1, Dreamcast, and Sega CD games I have always wanted. I got lucky today and found all of these on FB marketplace after a failed trip to a retro game store. I only want a handful more and I am done with the system and moving on to the other two.
