Any experience with these bumps? Our pug puppy seems to get pimples/bumps around her eye and they’re leaving little white patches. We use wrinkle wipes for cleaning her face and only use steel bowls

Anyone know what these red splotches on neck could be?

Does anyone know what these red splotches on my neck may be? They aren’t really itchy/bothersome but seem to be worsening over the weeks. They aren’t raised, just flat red spots only in this area
