Early June move in - Luxury Building in Hells Kitchen (Flexed) with in-unit W/D (~2k / mo)
Hello! Looking for roommates to share a 2b2ba flexed into a 3b2ba in a luxury building in the lower Hell's Kitchen area (1 year lease). I've lived in the building for 4 years and I've loved it - the unit has washer dryer, it's a 24H doorman building, and has a really nice rooftop with great views of the city!
The two rooms I'm looking to fill would be the flex room and the 2nd full bedroom that share a bathroom. The flex room would have a true flex wall and doorway that feels like a true bedroom. Targeting slightly under 2k for the flex, and just over 2k for the full bedroom.
I'm a 29M working in finance - mostly keep to myself but would be happy to spend time with my roommates if it's a good fit! Looking for people in their 20s that are respectful about living in a shared space. Please reach out if you think it would be a good fit!
