Magenta overspray even when not printing magenta?

Sorry for asking again, but I really need some help with this.

I’m getting a pink/magenta haze/overspray on my EufyMake E1 prints.

It shows up mostly on white LEGO legs/curved parts, especially around printed areas. It happens with different colors, even black/blue, but the unwanted stain is always magenta/pink.

Things I tested:

- Flat torso in the same jig position prints clean.
- Curved/small legs show the magenta haze.
- Cleaning cycles improved it a bit but didn’t fully fix it.
- The magenta cartridge is the only one that comes out visibly wet/ink-covered around the outlet after removing it.

Is this normal for curved LEGO, or could the magenta cartridge / valve / ink connection / wiper station be causing the overspray?

Has anyone had the same issue or any idea what I should check next?

Magenta cartridge leaking — could it cause magenta overspray on all prints?

Hey I’m having an issue with my EufyMake E1 and I’m trying to understand if anyone else has experienced something similar.

For the last 2–3 days, I’ve been getting a pink/magenta haze/overspray on my prints. The strange thing is that the stain is always magenta/pink, even when I’m printing artwork that should not really use magenta, or when I’m testing other colors.

The issue is most visible on white LEGO-style parts, especially on legs and sometimes on the sides of curved heads. It looks like a fine pink/magenta mist or staining around the printed areas, not like a big drop or obvious ink blob.

A few things I tested:

- It happens around different colors, but the unwanted stain is always magenta/pink.
- It shows up mostly on curved/small parts like LEGO legs and heads.
- When I put a flat torso in the exact same jig position where I normally print the legs, using the same file, the print comes out clean.
- So I understand curved surfaces can make overspray more visible, but I still don’t think I should be getting magenta contamination when the print itself shouldn’t be producing that kind of magenta haze.
- I already ran cleaning cycles, including one deep clean. The issue improved a little, but it didn’t fully disappear.

Then I removed all the ink cartridges and checked them individually. The magenta cartridge is the only one that visibly leaks/drips ink from the outlet. Every time I clean the magenta cartridge, insert it into the printer, and remove it again, the outlet comes out wet/covered with magenta ink again.

So my questions are:

  1. Is it normal for the magenta cartridge outlet to come out wet/dripping like this after inserting/removing it?
  2. Could a leaking magenta cartridge or faulty valve/seal cause magenta overspray or pink haze on prints, even when printing other colors?
  3. Has anyone had magenta contamination/overspray caused by the cartridge, cartridge slot, wiper, scraper, or print head station?
  4. Should I stop using this magenta cartridge and ask Eufy for a replacement?

I’m attaching photos of the magenta stains on the prints and the magenta cartridge outlet after removal.

Any help or similar experiences would be appreciated. I just want to confirm if this behavior makes sense and whether the leaking magenta cartridge is likely the cause.

After seeing that viral Ikea frame minifigs showcase of the Lego friends, I’ve tried to do it for my Lego space theme using the space dinner set, and eventually will come Lego fat Thor endgame set room, also another themes like Western, Halloween, etc
