My first EV car and don't really know what to look for and what is good value and features. I like a small reliable car mostly for city driving (<20km daily) and good cargo space. I have a level 2 charger at home and at work. Debating between those 3 cars and I'd like to hear your personnal experiences. I would have picked the EV3 if it weren't for the ICCU issues but I'm not sure how prevalent it is
What are the best choices in terms of range, pricing, value and incentives?
This car is the only one that ticks all the boxes for my needs but I'm worried about the lingering ICCU issues that has plagued Kia for the past few years. Have they significantly improved or solved the problen? Does the EV3 have the same problematic architecture as the other models even though it's a 400v?
There's no other car in Canada that ticks the boxes for my needs like the EV3 but I'm a bit paranoid about the whole ICCU debacle and wondering if they have somewhat fixed it or if it will be fixed with the EV3? I heard it's affecting all the newer egmp platforms of kia and hyundai and wondering if I should just instead take the Niro. I just want a small practical EV car and there's no options (not buying anything american)
