What is this noise? Airbox snorkel sound.
This noise happens when idling and turning the wheel back and forth slightly. The airbox is not taken apart for better airflow, it’s all stock and untouched. Thank you

Engine identification number 2009 2.3l (Possible Odometer Rollback)
Hello, how am I able to find/locate the engine ID number and match it with the VIN? I’m trying to buy a Ranger but think the odometer may have been rolled back. The car fax is showing a lot of milage inconsistencies. It’s a 2009 2.3l.
Also, how likely is an odometer rollback? Is it moderately possible with this year of truck? Is there any other way I can be sure everything is original and untampered with? The truck condition is in great shape otherwise, but carfax shows it might have almost 150k more miles than it says. TIA

2008 3.0l Auto Value
Hello, I’m looking at buying a 2008 Ranger XLT. 3.0l, auto, only 25k original miles. Single cab, 6ft bed. 2wd, white color. Carfax checks out. Also, the frame is spotless. Like actually spotless. No damage, clean title. From an old couple that used it to get groceries and meticulously took care of it. What is the highest you would be willing to spend on this? Seller said he thinks it’s worth $13k. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
