my mom is an alcoholic who refuses help and my dad is a hardcore enabler.
my therapist said because she is not seeking help we can't help her. there have been many fights that have started because of booze. she's an intelligent woman who is genuine and compassionate but when she drinks (which is 90%) of days, she turns into someone who i hate. ironically, i have OCD & panic disorder and the only people who's company can deter my panic attacks are them. Yet this habit has caused me significant grief
