After almost resetting for a whole year, I managed to find a white.stripe Basculin mass outbreak with the help of a lv 2 water encounter sandwhich.

It was a pain to inspect each Basculin one by one to see if they were shiny since I didnt expect the difference to be noticeable. To my surprise, it's noticeable enough if you're paying attention. I expected worse and was definitely lucky since I've seen tons of people trying to get the outbreak for days with no success.

I'll leave a pic of how the shiny looks compared to the rest so it can help y'all in your hunt.
