How are your waist and hips doing?

I was so stoked about my weight / form a few months after pregnancy, fitting in all pre-pregnancy clothes, and feeling like I won fitness jackpot or something.

Now, last 4 months my body changed so I look 6 months pregnant. A nice fat belly and noticeably rounder hips.

I mean I know that I’ve been bad with carbs (like tons of sweets to make the boobie going lol) but boy it all goes to the areas I was so happy with my fourth trimester.

My AI guru / confidant says it’s common and expected with breastfeeding women, and my chances to shave the fat before I wean are slim.

Is that really that common? How are y’all doing being fit?

Talk to me about water consumption

My pediatrician put so much emphasis on not giving my baby any water before she’s 6 months that I totally missed that we’re past that milestone and have not given my baby any water yet (so it’s been ether breastmilk or formula).

When have you introduced your baby to drinking water? How much are your kids drinking a day? How to you offer it to them: open cup? Bottle? Spoon?

Bulk coffee discontinued

I’m a sucker for WF organic breakfast blend coffee beans, best affordable light roast coffee I’ve found.

Have been buying it weekly for a couple of years now. Last week saw the whole bulk coffee section disappearing. Chatted with associates on the floor, they said WF dropped bulk coffee across all stores.

Looking for any info about the brand / supplier of that coffee. Neeeeeeed it (or alternatives to those beens)

6m vaccines: are they getting better?

My kid had pretty rough time after first two rounds of her shots. Tylenol after shots 2 made things bit easy but I’m bracing ourselves for her 6 months vaccinations in a few days.

How did yours go? Is recover getting any better as our babies grow?
