Fire control units for sale?

I’m not sure of the official name, but is the rear part of the fire control unit available for sale anywhere as a complete unit? I’m talking about the part where the safety and sear are installed.

Outdoor cameras with specific features.

I am looking for new outdoor camera recommendations with some specific features. I have been doing some research but am getting overwhelmed, so I thought I’d check with the experts.

I live in a bi-level house and am interested in a doorbell cam and 3 or 4 cameras that would be mounted under the soffit, which is 2 stories off the ground.

Here are the features I’m looking for
-no subscription
-POE(doorbell would be wireless and wired to the LV wiring)
-continuous recording
-Rich notifications on Apple Watch: I currently use Blink cameras and get rich notifications (image notifications) to my Apple Watch. I would like to retain this feature.
-ability to snooze notifications through smart button: I currently have tapo smart buttons by my doors that trigger an Alexa routine to pause the blink camera recording for 30 minutes. This way I don’t get spammed with notifications when I mow or eat on the deck. With the new cameras, I’d be recording continuously, so I would want the ability to just pause the notifications.
-wide angle and ptz: I like the idea of the tapo c246d camera. It has a wide static camera, and a second ptz camera. This would be nice so that my whole yard could be recorded, and I could use the ptz to monitor my young kids on the swingset
-ability to watch live or recorded footage remotely I an app

I am currently using Alexa to manage my smart home. I also have an Apple TV with homebridge running on a PC so that I can control all of my switches/plugs with Siri on my iPhone/Apple Watch

Discovered the corner of my basement isn’t insulated. Best way to remedy?

I have a walkout basement, and this entire corner is above grade. I cut open the wall above the drop ceiling to replace a broken pipe, and I discovered the corner is not insulated. What is the best way to insulate this section without cutting open more of the wall?
