Still not fixed. STILL no reply to an email to them about it....not even a cookie cutter reply. Nothing.

I have also spent over $200 of real money on this game over the games existence...... and I cant get a reply from them.

There is a game I play where I strongly criticize the devs of that often, and I find them at least moderately more competent than this sites devs.

It is utterly stupid they cant reply to an issue about a log in failure within a day. There is really no reasonable excuse for that.

Anyone know a more fast track way to get answers from them, since their email team refuses to do their jobs?

When they dropped the rating decay on us a couple weeks ago, it already was ridiculously heavy handed in when it started, and the decay progress.

But now with the Elo reductions, its even worse.

When I was an 1100, and didnt play for 6 days, that was -3 Elo, that was almost 0.3% of my Elo total stolen.

Now, with an Elo of about 800, same results, you are losing nearly 0.4% of your Elo that is stolen.

While an increase of 0.1% seems like practically nothing, that is nearly double, so the Elo Decays are now approx 33% as stupid as they already were.

Malfunctionn

She beat Lennli 3-1 in the 9v10 game today.

That makes 9 players from the EMEA region in the tourney now. Lennli still has 1 more chance in the Play In tourney.

I have reported the same set of accounts that are multi-accounting now 3Xs. Its undeniable they are the same person, as they all show up and drop one after another, after another.

In the past, the staff was pretty efficient at suspending people doing that. Now, it seems to be completely ignored.

Is anyone else noticing a lack of policing lately when you report obvious infractions?
