This is a long shot, but I found someone’s work authorization card on the ground on University Ave in St Paul this Thursday, and I thought I’d post here on the off chance that anyone knows someone who lost theirs or has any ideas for how to go about locating this person.

On the back of the card, it says if found to drop it in any US mailbox and it will be mailed to some government address, but I don’t know whether it will be returned to its owner from there. Apparently these cost almost $500 to replace, so I’d like to get it back to the owner if possible. I already tried looking them up on Facebook with no luck.
