Tatsuro has recently been hinting at a JOY 2 drop, possibly this year or early next year. As far as we know, the album is currently in the mixing stage and will only cover his touring years from 2008 to 2024/25. With this current knowledge, what song/songs do you hope for the album to have?

I'll start! I am really hoping for 光と君へのレクイエム to be on there; he plays the Rhodes and is alone on this track, and it sounds absolutely beautiful. Same with his cover of 一本の音楽 (originally by Kazuhito Murata). He once played his live cover on SSB, and I remember almost tearing up. It’s such a beautiful song. May Kazuhito rest in peace.
