Vegan medicine

Are there any vegan brands or pharma companies for general paracetamol, painkiller etc?

I couldn't find anything online.

Help meeeee

So...

I'm 21F, never really used a proper foundation or anything before. Wanted to find my shade and.. came across FAE samples, so I bought them.

ChatGPT and Gemini convinced me to buy the Medium to Tan shade pack. I thought I might be olive, and since this pack had quite a few olive shades, I thought I'd at least be able to understand my undertone as they say undertone is more important .

And here we are ...

Now I'm even more confused.

I should have gone for the Light to Medium pack instead.

I literally can't get any conclusion out of these swatches. I don't know which shade matches me, what my undertone is, whether I'm olive or not, I feel like I have gone colorblind 😭😭

Neither can that damn ChatGPT. It kept changing its mind and at one point told me to throw the others aside and focus on 61N and 62O.

Literally 61N and 62O !!!????!!!!

Like what the actual eff??!!!

Can anyone help me figure out my shade, undertone, or literally anything from these images?

TL;DR: Bought the FAE Medium to Tan sample pack after chatgpt convinced me I was olive and in that shade range. Now I'm more confused than before and can't figure out which shade, if any, actually matches.

Good vegan B12 and D3 supplements in India?

Been vegan for 5 months and finding supplements is honestly so confusing.

Every time I think I found a decent B12 or D3 supplement, I end up finding some problem with it later — super low dosage/multivitamins, plant based b12 (non active form?), not being vegan despite false vegan marketing or posts about failed lab tests. At this point I genuinely don’t know which brands are actually reliable.

Would really appreciate recommendations for good B12 and vegan D3 decent dose supplements from people who’ve been using them for a while.

And affordable if possible:)

I’m a 21F and have been vegan for about 4 months. I never formally told my parents because I knew it would create drama. They just noticed I stopped consuming dairy.

Today they were pushing me to eat ghee. I got frustrated and said it’s basically like “sucking blood of animals.” I know the wording was harsh, but I said it emotionally in the moment.

My dad got extremely angry and lectured/shouted at me for over 2 hours. He said they educated me for nothing, I’ll ruin the life of future husband/in-laws/kids, and that I’m against sanatan ,hindu religion, gods, and country. He almost got violent.

For context, we have a cow and a few goats at home so that felt like insult to him . My family is very conservative, patriarchal, and strict. My dad is arrogant, egoist and misogynist and quite narrow minded. I already hate my family , been wanting leave this house since a long time but I am not financially independent and I am scared and socially anxious and introverted on top of that.

Now I’m worried this will turn into constant nitpicking and pressure. I’m also preparing for exams and already struggle to study in this environment.

Has anyone in India dealt with similar situation?

I don't know what I should do.

Just tolerate it?
