What are your favorite and hated features/tropes in boomer shooters?
My favorites include biome transitions between levels and different weapons meant for different monsters is like solving a puzzle. My hated feature is a monster closet on a bad part of a level, like a thin corridor, and you don't have the right weapon for the job (my fault, of course). What are yours?
