Im looking to get a pedicure this weekend and was wondering if anyone has a nail salon they love and recommend. Im not getting anything fancy, just painting my toes. I just don't want to end up with foot fungus because I go somewhere I didn't know has bad disinfecting practices

I had my first ever pap smear and OB/GYN visit as an adult today. I have PCOS and told the doctor that my periods are extremely heavy and irregular, and that I wanted to do something to make them more regular. She sent in a Meleya .35MG prescription and said that it will make my periods regular and won't have a weight gain side effect, but I'm not certain that's the truth after doing some research after the appointment. Will Meleya make my period regular?

I'm looking for a new PCP because mine is leaving her practice this month. I'm 23F and have some kind of chronic issues going on, but not sure what exactly. I'm trying to figure it out and this PCP was doing an incredible job, but unfortunately she's moving out of state and following her to her new practice is not an option. Im looking for a primary care provider who is a woman and NOT working with Premier. I have bad blood with Premier Medical Group and refuse to see any doctor at that practice anymore. If anyone has a PCP that you love please comment the name of the practice so I can call and see if they're accepting new patients. Thank you!!
