Timney for gen6 is garbage

The box shows gen6, the instructions inside shows gen3-4.
However I installed by watching some videos, so it seems really gen6.

Then after installing I immediately tried the trigger, the pull weight doesn’t feel different at all, 5.5lb ish. What’s even worse is the reset is longer than factory trigger, wtf?

Only thing feeling different is the wall becomes more defined, no longer rolling break.

Is this the same thing for other generations of Glocks?

How much difference between a ported reaper vs standard reaper

Is that noticeable flat? How’s the improvement?

I guess this is the sub I can get the right answer. I searched in the Glock sub quite a bit, but most of the people are debating budget and reliability etc. However money is not a concern. I do want reliability though.

I’m buying my first glock gen6, trying to change to the best trigger. I know this can’t be at the top 2011 level, but are there any options close to the Staccato 80 series of triggers at least?

Some research results are:

Johnny glocks vex 6,

Tactical trigger dropin,

Overwatch TAC,

Timney alpha competition.

Looking for first hand experience comparing these and other inputs.

Thanks.
