What are some nonsense demands / requests from your landlord?
Luckily my current landlord is OK, but I found this from an old arsehole:

We couldn't put the router in a cupboard. Not allowed. The connection point and sockets were available right in the space, can't remember why I even asked.

I found my old club membership card
I couldn't post the image as it's own post, so I hope this is ok.
This would have been about the time Voyager came out. Some guy would obtain the episodes and we would watch them together.
