Let’s face it. Doesn’t matter if it’s Zoloft or Lexapro. They both will give you increased anxiety. Fatigued. Spaced out feeling. Insomnia. What helped you get better? Did you stick with ssri or try another type of medication? Zoloft has worked for me in the past. I tried to onboard up to 75mg but the anxiety got so bad. And the spaced out feeling unreal. Fatigued unreal.
Where do you stand? Are they helpful or make things worse?
