Looking for a ghastly Mrs Bennet who tries to have Elizabeth and Jane taken away and murdered
I'm reposting this from a goodreads fellow reader who is looking for a story - it's familiar but for the life of me I can't find it either - help?
"Liz H I started a story once that I think was on a fan fiction board, probably FFN. When Elizabeth and Jane were little girls, Mrs. Bennet paid a man to take them away and murder them. Instead, he drove them a long ways away, and let them out in the middle of a forest. They were found and assumed to be the grandaughters of a wealthy couple, who took them in and raised them."
