Whats your rate

Hi friends, I'm still trying to understand some things when it comes to charging rates. I'm getting if I should just charge one rate or different rates based on role. The main thing that I'm getting confused is that some people will tell me the what the rate is but at the same time, the same people will sometimes ask me what my rate is. How different do you guys charge for different venue sizes? Premiun rates or overtime? So far, I've been asked to do all these different roles:

Hired by design firm:

- Touring LD for club and stadium

- Previz Programmer for some club size one offs

- Technical Drafting

- One off Busking

- Filling in for a tour

Hired by Vendor:

- FOH Tech

- Programmer

- Operator

Would love some input! Apprieate it!

▲ 1 r/venmo

Hi everyone, I just recently moved to the states from Canada and just got a US number to get venmo, but I failed to verify my identiy when submitting my canadian drivers license. I got an email listing that I need to provide either; Valid & unexpired visa, Permanent Resident Card (a.k.a Green card), State issued driver's license, State Identification card, U.S. Passport and U.S. Passport card.

Unfortunately I dont have any of these as I just moved here. and whats really getting me to scratch my head is that I have had other canadian friends submit their Canadian Drivers license and get approved... any thoughts?

Hey everyone, I've been working on my busking file recently, I want to make a sequence stack of different position effects. Then I want to be able to pick which one I want and then use a fader like a temp. So what I thought would work is have a goto button to selecto which one I want, then use the fader as a temp. But that doesnt seem to work, everytime i select one from goto, it auto fires at 100% dispite me disabling "auto start".

I thought this would work cuz I have the same set up for my dimmer effects, theyre all in a sequence stack that I can "goto" and then use the fader to control it...

Any ideas?
