The C&A points from my last cruise just hit and instead of adding to the balance of points, I now only have 14 points from this last trip and it shows me as gold instead of diamond. All my past cruises are gone from the history as well. Any one else have this happen or know how to fix it?

Most posts are kind of old for this area. Any one have a recent stay in Cabo. Share your thoughts about where you stayed please.
