Week 1 0.5mg

Week 2 0.5mg

Week 3 0.75mg

Week 4 0.75mg

TODAY(Week 5) 1.0mg

Injection went smooth, mild sensation. Then I got nauseous. Nothing I couldn’t handle but this was a first. Mild headache that subsided in 5-10 minutes. Weird eyelid twitches. BP was normalish a tad high, RHR decent but can definitely feel my heart beating. Just got a crazy gym sesh in heavy weights, high intensity w/ 15 min of cardio. Glucose was 127 at 6am morning fast. 116 2 hours after eating this afternoon. Thoughts? Anything I should look out for this week? Or is it touch and go 😂

Week 1: 0.5mg immediate appetite suppression

Week 2: 05mg immediate appetite suppression

Week 3: 0.75mg appetite suppression on pin day, follow two days STARVING after lunch and after dinner. Also some fatigue

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Was planning one more week of 0.75mg before titrating up to 1mg/week

Any tips or tricks on this? Feel like every attempt to get the air bubble out of the top of the syringe I’m wasting a needle by double injecting into the peptide vial and dulling it, or pushing the plunger some and losing some of the drug in attempts to rid of air bubble.
