First time getting ♾️ in almost a month of ownership.

Little bit of IT pain in my right leg. Probably overcompensating for the torn meniscus in my left. 🤦🏻‍♂️

4:30AM runs are better than a cup of coffee. Thank you, Spotify, for playing Metallica’s “My Friend of Misery” during the 5 minute jogging interval. 😂😂😂😂

I’m official! Amazon delivered my new Instinct 3 Solar 45mm today. Super stoked to put it to use.

The first five minute interval was a little tough.

Got my 10 year old out of the house with me. He walked and ran with me through the first interval, then I cut him loose to go to the playground. Dealing with some pain in my RIGHT knee (my left is the one that’s shot out) that was caused by overexertion at work or a first time reaction to my arthritis shot. Made it through a little more winded than I expected. That’s my 1998 4Runner 💩📦 behind me.
