Gyno, Chest fat, loose skin, or mix?

To start with i was 215 lbs in the first pic, and lost weight to about 165 lbs(other 4 pics). I sill have a very large chest area and its sticks out of shirts and what not i am very insecure. Im wondering if its gyno, loose skin, a mix of fat or what it is. And if anybody has any tips of how to get rid of it, and if surgery is needed.

Failed hearing test at Mepps

I ship to parris island in September. I failed my hearing test bad at mepps. I dont feel like my hearing affects my day to day life though, and i eventually got a waiver. But now ive seen that im going to have to take one again in september. If i fail it do i just get the boot and have to go back home? Im not sure if i will pass it.
