I want to black out the chrome on my fog lights what’s the best way?

Just bought this Audi 2 days ago after some hard driving / launch control I noticed a new sound kinda like fluttering not a super loud or that noticeable but definitely didt hear it at first it’s under warranty and if something is wrong I want to get it fixed what do you guys think?
