I can't seem to get an open nat type today on my xbox. Has toob done something?

I have used port forwarding to open ports that xbox uses. After doing that i have had no problems getting an open nat type when i test nat type in the xbox settings. Today though it refuses to change to open. Not sure what i can do. Any suggestions, rather not pay extra for static ip.
