I am sure that I am not the first one to come here with this issue / question…. The newer Santa Fe has replaced the intermittent wipers with the auto wipers. The claim is that they come on automatically based on the sensitivity setting that you pick.

I have noticed that I can have it on the lowest setting and there are times they work great and times when they start wiping at a speed equal to the highest setting the wipers have. And this happens even when there isn’t much rain coming down.

Based on this I would have to say that I prefer the old intermittent wipers. I mean why did they try and get all high tech fancy when the old ones worked great? I mean of course that’s the way of the future… mess up what already works to get fancy.

I know I am not alone in this…. But here’s my question…. These are controlled by sensors, and apparently it is possible to calibrate them.

Has anyone ever spoken to their dealership or other mechanic about this issue? What did they say?

Has anyone ever had these calibrated? If so what success did you have?

Ok… so I raised this question before, but I want to add to the question and clarify a few things.

First question…. Has anyone tried out the Hyundai fitted mats. The ones that have the Hyundai logo on them, and were manufactured by WeatherTech?

If so…. How did they fit? Did they go right against the firewall without any gap between the mat and the firewall? How did they fit around the door sills, did they fit tight enough to prevent water from getting onto the carpet?

Secondly…. Has anyone tried the actual WeatherTech mats? How was the fit?

Lastly…. Any other brands that people have tried and would recommend?

Ok… so I know the Calligraphy comes with a Bose 12 speaker system. I have the Luxury model which does not. I am trying to figure out how many speakers I have, and where they are located.

I am positive that I have

2 A pillar speakers

2 front door speakers

2 rear door speakers

Some of you may laugh…. But I am struggling to tell if I have any dash speakers.

“2026 Canadian Santa Fe Hybrid Luxury (non-Bose). I’m trying to determine the factory speaker locations before installing a DSP amp and Audison sub. Does the Canadian Luxury actually have:
A-pillar tweeters?
Left/right dash speakers?
A center dash speaker?
Rear third-row speakers?
Or are some of those just empty factory locations? Has anyone pulled the dash apart on a Canadian Luxury trim?”

Does anyone in Canada have a 2026 Santa Fe Luxury model? Can you tell me if it has the Bose stereo system please?
