

30M Blood Work any suggestions?
About two years ago I really started feeling like I have zero libido. I also started getting way more anxiety and less confident. 30 years old now and figured I would check all my levels.
I am a fit male, get 8 hours of sleep a night (wake up a fair amount but no sleep apnea), workout 6x per week, and my stress levels aren’t too insanely high or at least haven’t changed within the last 10 years. I still get morning wood sometimes but never erections throughout the day.
Anyone else go through something similar around this age? I have just felt the declining libido hit me like a wall but I haven’t noticed much muscle loss besides it being a hit harder to cut down to get shredded for summer.
