Shared hallway

My lease states the heaters have to remain on 50° ( which obviously isn't going to happen when it's warm out), over the winter my electric bill has been between $500-600 , for a 700sq ft apartment, that most of the heaters aren't used because it is so small.

I share a hallway with the upstairs apartment and there is also a heater and obviously lights to use, there are only two meters on the building and I'm wondering if this is even legal to not mention the electricity for a shared hallway will be paid by me. And I'm also not sure how to confront the property manager about it without causing a situation where they wouldn't want to renew my lease.

Fortis institute?

At 35 I ( f) still have no idea what I want to do as a career.

I do traffic control ( the person holding the paddle type of control . It pays my bills but I crave something more.

Fortis is local to me and has a evening option for hvac

Wondering if after all the money I'll end up owing if it'll even be worth it just to get basic certifications.

Most of these unions won't even let you into the apprenticeship programs without classes or hundreds of hours of experience. ( I've looked into different trades as well)

Think I should still do it?

The youngest one I loved the most she was just so pretty and small. Really worked on getting her used to being inside, and wasn't sure if she'd ever be an inside cat due to never having used a litter box before. So I got her fixed and let her come and go as she pleases ( it's a long process lol)

It finally happened 😊 she just used it all by herself I feel like a proud momma lol

I named her Kona and she's the cutest kitty ever

Just wanted to share with everyone 🙂
