As Fedex didn't send a helper and the truck wasn't equipped with a liftgate.

My Max4 hit the ground with the loud thud of something large and heavy having been "carefully" dropped.

This wasn't exactly what I had expected; when I bought My large CO2 laser cutter, it arrives in a large UPS truck equipped with a liftgate and bought right to my sidewalk on a forklift.

This large box need to be shipped with two delivers or in a truck full equipped.

I don't blame the worker because for a single person is not an other way around, this beast needs to be rolled like a soccer ball.

The delivery did put the machine inside for me, and I did try help him, but I'm a sick old man, I could help much, so thanks him my Max4 is here, and he did the best a single man can do with a massive box that weights over a hundred pounds.

Shame o Fedex for not add a helper to him, or set a better equipped truck for this large box delivery.

With a neighbors help, I have this beast on the top of my table, and I did all the calibrations successfully last night, and today I will set the Qidibox on it, to start printing.

Thanks to Qidi for well packaging it, and no issues so far.

My Max4 hit the ground with the loud thud of something large and heavy having been "carefully" droped. As I was leaving my apartment, that brave worker was rolling it across the floor. The very machine I had saved up my money to buy.
This wasn't exactly what I had expected; when I bought my CO2 laser cutter, it arrived in a large UPS truck equipped with a liftgate and was brought right to my side walk on a forklift, at which point I enlisted some friends to help me carry it inside.
In the case of the Qidi Q2 I bought on Amazon, two workers show up and carry the printer into the building, two guys for a medium printer size, and one for a very large printer, don't make sense.I have  a lot of Printers no one of them arrived rolling along the ground like the Max4 did. On a other occasion , the same thing happened with a trike I purchased:Fedex rolled that box too, though unlike the Max4, which is perfectly packaged, the trike ended up with dented fenders.
I don't blame the fedex worker, because there was simply no other way for him tocarry this large heavy box, it is massive and weighs over 100 pounds.
Instead I blame Fedex for failing to assign a better equipped truck or the very least, for not providing a helper for our hero.
My machine is on the table now, tanks fo my neighbor help, and now I will read everything on the manual and watching some videos, before I start printing, I choose ABS only for this one, I don't like print different types of filament in a single head machine, and I think the Max4 will be very good for ABS.

The Polar Cooler arrives on the same packaging, or it will be shipped later?

I bought a used CC to my colection, will be 3 CC1 when it arrives also I have N4Max, Qidi Q2, Snapmaker U1 and I'm waiting for the new Qidi Max 4 that I just order. Then I will buy the Qidi Plus 4 because it prints beautiful, and I want to try the Flashforge Creator 5.

Why I buy so many printers? Because I like to try different filaments and keeping the same hotend, causes a lot issues, I try use it printer for it type of filament. LOL
